By accessing or using the Inscriben platform ("Service"), operated by NXFIN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NXFIN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.
2. Description of Service
Inscriben is an electronic signature and digital permanence platform that enables users to upload contracts and documents, route them for signature, and collect cryptographically verified, biometrically authenticated electronic signatures. The platform provides document encryption, SHA-256 cryptographic hashing, immutable audit trails, and identity verification via facial capture and third-party e-sign verification services.
